I've read that when the virus attacks, your immune system kicks in and that if you have a really healthy immune system then you get eaten up in the frenzied battle with your immune system attacking you as well as the virus

I'm at risk with a weaker immune system it could very well be me.

People die every single day, in the hundreds of thousands from many different things. This is just another cause of it.

I know people that have been killed by car related incidents. I know people that have died to many different illnesses. I know people that died in 9/11, and during military service. Death is a part of everyday life. In fact it is the only reliable part of life.

Now I am struggling to remember the last time a news report didn't talk about any other issues.

I am trying to remain calm and put it down to mass hysteria and pandering to social media pressure.

Like you I have been a bit non plussed by things however today driving home from work the news only had one story it was all about this.

Now I am struggling to remember the last time a news report didn't talk about any other issues.

I am trying to remain calm and put it down to mass hysteria and pandering to social media pressure.

But I don't know this feels different somehow!"

I was pondering the same, I contemplated maybe I was swayed by the numerous YouTube videos in terms of conspiracy, population cull etc, like the news has not exactly been forthcoming but it is like you said one subject been absolutely hammered, is it scare tactics? Fake news? A lot of doom and glood unfortunately

Most of the actions are focused on containment at the moment as it is little understood with no vaccination. I will only really worry, if we start to see a high UK death toll. So far there have only been 17 confirmed infections.

Like you I have been a bit non plussed by things however today driving home from work the news only had one story it was all about this.

This is the only place I go on other than news outlets and looking at power tools ( yes I'm that interesting)

Don't do Facebook etc..

In 1 day, 108 people died while infected with covid-19, on that very same day cancer killed 26,283 people. Heart disease killed 24,641. Diabetes killed 4,300 people. And ~2,991 people committed suicide.

Yes its going to spread, yes its going to kill people. But it's not the only thing doing it.

The unltime threat of the virus currently is the number of people that will be sick with it at the same time causing problems for the economy, businesses and services.

Blueberry wheats, weetabix, crunchy nut clusters, cinnamon things, multigrain stuff, muesli can't think of any others. I suppose I should get some ll milk in to. Didn't think of that.

Not at all !!! They only seem to be Reporting on how many people are Contracting the virus, but they don’t tell you that there’s hundreds of more people getting over it than dying from it
