Do you think they should have made this movie after her death? At least there would have been a happy ending where the country rejoiced.

i was never a thatcher supporter or a tory supporter at that but when she left office and john majors short stint after prior to losing power to labour the country had a thriving economy 13 years of new labour rule and well take a look at our economy now ...you dont have to google it ..we simply live it

No, Islamist points to terrorist members of an organisation who's sole aim is to terrorise, all being muslims.

although I was to young to vote when she was in power.. I do remember how well my family lived then... I think the thing is she is remembered for the faults, and not the good she actually did for this country..( well the tories at the time)

I am a life long torie supporter though... and have looked at politics across the last 120years... and to me its obvious that Labour always messes it up.

The belgrano was an enemy warship torpedoed during a sea battle in the falklands war ..a war that was deemed legal to commit to prior to thatcher sending the armed forces there.

With regards to you trying to similirise this to blairs invasion of iraq he had no jurisstiction to commit troops to iraq from the united nations as the united nations weapons inspectors had repeatledly pointed out they had no weapons of mass destrcution ..tony went to war cos was told to do so by john wayne ...sorry bush and he did so having no backing from the united nations fact the invasion of iraq was illegal the falklands war wasnt ....nice try sam

A tad touch to strong perhaps how about really hurting tony blair by taking all his properties away for tax evasion...that way he would get to feel how it feels to be like the majority of us and have to scrape a living.

Hopefully in the future after years of being destitute he may be extradited to the haugue for crimes against humanity ...including the iraq invasion.

TONY Blair is party responsible for citing muslim fanaticsm. Based on having no legality to invade a mostly dominated muslim country to procur its oil .....the muslim fanatics always state this ..as much as i totally condone terrorism ...they do have a point and unfortunatley it is this point ...that such terrorists use as a major recruting tool to brain wash moderate muslims into extremist ones.

Interesting to see a previous post where you said the op should be able to close their own threads if they became abusive etc...

With this kind of post it's a shame there is not an option to close threads from warped political crazy folk with nothing better to do than abuse those who can't answer back !

Interesting to see a previous post where you said the op should be able to close their own threads if they became abusive etc...

With this kind of post it's a shame there is not an option to close threads from warped political crazy folk with nothing better to do than abuse those who can't answer back !

The belgrano was an enemy warship torpedoed during a sea battle in the falklands war ..a war that was deemed legal to commit to prior to thatcher sending the armed forces there.

No the Belgrano was in international waters - not in a sea battle - and sailing away from the Falklands and manned mainly by sea cadets and can you please point out where it says that it was an illegal war - because I have yet to hear of a trial let alone a conviction - unless you are the judge and jury

Everytime something to do with politics is mentioned the same people turn up to have a catfight.

Maybe those people who want to constantly bait each other about politics would be better doing so on more appropriate sites. And before anyone shouts " but we can post what we like so sod off big bad mod " I can see Admin not letting policitial threads on soon because of the mayhem it creates.
