Not sure about dunkable but the best biscuit drink combo is penguin and hot chocolate, bite off opposing corners and suck the hot chocolate through the penguin, then pop the penguin in your mouth. Makes the inside of the penguin go all melty and gooey, good stuff

I had some chocolate rich tea and they were surprisingly very very dunkable , like a good 5 seconds and still no soggyness

You will have to go a long way to find a biscuit superior to the Malted Milk... especially the chocolate version. Dunked or otherwise.
