Someone I know has had a decades long painful health condition. Their options are diminishing for treatment or management. This person isn't very old, this has been most of their life. They're left with some pretty stark choices, including ones which may be life limiting.

Some people are dealt incredibly shitty hands in life. It's not fair.

The other residents in our block of flats not putting their bins out, so either I have to take them out (and bring them back in because they won’t do that either), or have the only empty bin... which stays empty for about five minutes because the other flats dump their bags in it since their own are full.
