Id potentially have no upper or lower age limit.

Our other third is 8 years younger than us. Our relationship works perfectly.

Age is unimportant.

Connection is all that counts.

I recently had a meet with someone who was 24 years younger than me. I had ummed and ahhhhed about it, but the chap in question was incredibly mature for his age. It was such a great meet, in fact I met him a couple of times. I think it was a lot to do with him, his personality, his outlook on life rather than his age.

Usually only a couple of years younger. I've met guys at socials that I've thought ok. They don't seem as young as their years so may possibly go younger but generally prefer around my age or older

I use age as a guideline as there are always exceptions that may catch you off guard.

I don't actively search for an 18 year old but if it feels right on all other levels why not? Seems silly to pass on something potentially great. It may be harder to find that connection but certainly not rule it out.

Same applies to older.

If something clicks, it clicks. Age doesn’t really come into it, higher or lower.

Having said that, if I was looking for a long term relationship it would have to be someone I could share social circles with and a big age gap can sometimes make that more difficult.
