Takes fucking she's to make!

Excited to see how it turns out though. Nice bit of therapy after a horrendous week that doesn't look like it will get better for a while.

Going to try to make sourdough pancakes with my starter discard as well this morning.

Well it's out and resting. Looks good for a first try, just got to wait to see how it looks inside and of course, how it tastes!

Yes we bake our bread everyday and sourdough definitely tastes better.

Our latest bread was baked with olives and sundried tomatoes, scrumptious.

I love sourdough, I mainly make yeasted breads at the moment (time and space constraints) but I used to make a LOT of sourdough. The extra flavour from a long fermentation is definitely worth it!
