Spoonful of olive oil... Hot drink... Long hot shower (breathe in through your mouth, out through your nose)... Spoonful of honey...

Avoid cough sweets and medication...

Keep your neck and head warm...

Paracetomol... To relax the muscles / chords...

Hot drinks as hot as you can bear them.

Gargle with soluble paracetamol.

And put some honey in that drink, maybe some fresh ginger too.

Anyone got any other suggestions for throat lubricant?
