Caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror yesterday and... the diet starts today!

Any food/recipies that you like that isn't bad for you? Ideas please!

Nothing is bad for you if you eat in moderation.

If you start a diet with bad foods and good foods, in my experience, you will inevitably fail.

Everything in moderation mate, just eat less of what you already eat and exercise. I've gone down a little by just eating less.

Whatever your beer intake is halve it. No snacks/biscuits/brought food at work. Try that to start with before you go near a ‘diet’.... you’ll be amazed ..... and I’m talking from personal experience lol

What kind of diet do you currently follow?

If you drink a lot of sugary drinks or beer or even those coffee shop coffees that have about 16 teaspoons of sugar you can make easy savings on calories.

My wife has lost over six stone in two years with Slimming world. Low fat diet, lots of fruit and vegetables, fish & chicken & no booze, not a problem for her as she hardly ever drinks anyway.
