"Pompeii

Spread my mams ashes x"

Don't like being the bearer of bad news on something so sensitive, but Italy and the laws regarding entry with a loved ones ashes are very strict. And you will need to apply for a permit/Visa cheap but you need one, also you will find that you are only allowed to spread them in a cemetery, and certainly will be breaking the law at any ancient historical site.

Only posted this so you know the situation, as it's not straight forward.

Sorry for your loss.

Personally I would disagree, I’d stay clear, it’s full of tourists and is a mass graveyard.

A must do is the high line, which is a mile and a half converted rail track converted into gardens and an art space. Has amazing views of the city and is completely traffic free.

York

I want to visit America but I'm more interested in going to the old west to see the few remaining abandoned frontier towns and going to New Orleans to go to some genuine blues bars rather than doing the usual tourist stuff like LA and New York etc.
