There must be 101 different scenarios as to why a couple would split up. Let's say the Male half had to leave but didn't want to leave and the female half didn't want the male to leave either. Then once split, things became calmer and they got it on again but no relationship.

I just cant see how it could work you would have feeling for this partner at one time so how would it work in a fwb situation
