If you could go back and speak to yourself at 16, you have 1hr, what would you say?

Love yourself? Be braver?

Would you go back?

No give a f. What others think.

Your nose isn't really that big.

Have a bit more confidence lad.

Get to uni after you finish sixth form.

Don't give up on your dreams.

Look after your money.

And get a trade.

I would.

Honey you're worth so much more than you know. Be strong, be brave. But be you. You're allowed to be you, and you're fine just as you are. It'll hurt along the way, a lot, you'll need to let your guard down to see both the highs and the lows. But you're stronger than you know. You've got this, promise. Things will be better than you ever dared imagine.

In a year your world will fall apart and will be the start of a tough 6 years, but you’ll come through it, learn to laugh again and it shapes who you will become...... you will face more but that’s life and it will just make you stronger

You’re worth so much more than what you’ll settle for. Don’t try to be everything for everyone, think of yourself too. Enjoy life for a while, go out and make friends, laugh more, and even though times wont be perfect don’t regret the decisions you’ll make, you have two beautiful children because of one of them- maybe delay the first child, until you’re less of a child yourself though

Life will make you stronger than you’ll ever believe possible, so don’t let yourself become cynical. You’ll get hurt, you’ll be betrayed, do things you regret, but it’s one hell of a journey, so embrace it and learn from it x

Oh, and get on here earlier and meet Inked sooner, haha x

Viv x

I wouldn't go see my 16year old self and I definitely wouldn't talk to her, mainly because she wouldn't of listened anyway because she thought she knew best, but mostly because if you were to regret or change anything from your past you wouldn't be who you are today and the slightest change in your past could have a huge impact on the person you are and the person you are still becoming, and on a whole I'm a ok kinda person so why risk changing something when you could end up a horrible person

I'd tell myself:

Tell someone what happened 5 years ago and deal with it now or you’ll be carrying it for the rest of your life.

Stop trying to please your family, you never will, no matter what you do.

Life isn’t fair, it’s not a level playing field, so put yourself first because no one else will.

Don’t submit to the bullies, fight back, fight hard and fight dirty if you have to, cuts and bruises heal faster than the emotional scars.

I spent years worrying about my weight and that no one would fancy a chubby guy and I later found out it wasnt.my size putting people off it was my lack of confidence that all changed when I met a young woman way out my league who was a model we didnt last long but the confidence it gave me being with that fox changed me forever I was 22 when that happened and after that I found meeting people easy
