Latin music.

Listen to these 3 songs:

I know you want me - Pitbull

Fireball - Pitbull

RITMO - Blackeyed Peas

Play them LOUD

Go out, take a walk. Have a warm shower/bath. Try and get some sleep. Have a cry if you want to.

Talk to someone.

"Struggling a bit at the minute but hopefully is just temporary..what does help you to get back up sooner? "

If I'm feeling like that (not often), I go to a supermarket and buy loads of junk food.

I don't eat it all, but the fact that it's there seems to be enough!

Hope you're ok or at least in process of making yourself a bit happier.

My go to used to the gym....happy endorphins

Maybe try something new? That might help you??

Going for a run. Gives me (M) time to clear my head and just focus on the road in front of me. Also let’s me feel like I am doing something positive for my health.

Talk it out! If there isn’t anyone you can talk to in your life, or you can’t tell them there are people like the Samaritans that are only a call away.

Chin up buddy I hope you feel better soon

Feeling similar at the moment.

Have been looking forward to a night out for weeks. Now looks like it's not going to be as great as I was hoping.

A bit run down and work is hard going.

I need some nice naked cuddles to cheer me up. If only

Using my recovapro massage gun and going for a wander. If anyone gets bad tension in muscles or gets regular deep tissue massages etc it works wonders and leaves you super relaxed! X

Music for me, focus on the things to look forward to/what you have. Message a friend, go to the pub and have a game of pool with them.

Worst thing you can do is stay in the house

So usually some really good healthy food

A 9 minute holiday (sunbed)

Good happy music

Comedy... impractical jokers really makes me laugh atm
