I don't mind it; they know that women like different things and are wanting a personalised response or a way of starting a conversation about something they are interested in which is fair enough.

I do too. They're just directing a question to a group (women, men, couples) and asking 'do you like?', not asking as though they're going to get a unanimous answer from one homogenous entity. Of course the answer to every single question is 'some do, some don't' but it doesn't really need to be stated every time!
