Carnivores or Vegas

Are you a Carnivor or a vegan ?

Or maybe your in the middle and eat both so have a healthy balanced diet ?

I'm definitely a Carnivor.

The only vegetable I eat are garden green pees.

Otherwise it's pork chicken beef and dairy.

With A bit of wheat on the side.

What side of the food scales are you on or do you actually have a balanced diet ?

North fife

Mainly processed free so my diet consists of a lot of veg, and either chicken or fish..

I will indulge in a steak every few weeks or so!

I'm vegan and have been for about 6 years. My diet is balanced and I'm healthier than I've ever been.

I initially misread the thread title; I thought it said ‘Carnivores Vs Vegans.’

I was going to predict carnivores for the win as they’d obviously eat the opposition....

Whatever the mood takes me, im neither one or the other, i generally eat meat free at work, and love a superfood salad theyre mega tasty and have mountains of nutrients. However i love sinking my teeth into a home made burger.

I dont eat processed/freezer food i quit it afew months back and feel so so good for it.

I’m vegetarian but not vegan. I don’t eat as healthily as I should. Too many carbs
