Since therapy I don’t sleep all night, I go into a deep sleep upto about 3am, then wide awake to about 6

Then fall asleep until alarm goes off at 6:45

The beagle is our alarm every day 6:30- 6:45

Think it’s because every thing from my lower jawbone to my shoulders is more or less dead

That includes my thyroid

Nope! I had really bad insomnia for about three years beforehand. When I got pregnant I didn’t sleep much at night, but I did nap on and off throughout the day so it wasn’t too bad...
