I do know there is research that over use or addiction to porn can lead to men being unable to orgasm as easily.

Which if it affected orgasm in all circumstances, masturbation, oral and penetrative sex, would be a possible explanation.

However, in my case, coming from an era where teenage porn was the lingerie section of the Littlewoods catalogue or a battered copy of fiesta it wouldn’t explain being able to orgasm from all other sexual acts just not oral.

Technique and style definitely has a lot to do with it...some women don't understand that a great blowjob involves more than sticking it in their mouth and sucking hard as possible...the same way that some guys don't understand there's more to eating pussy than frantic aimless tonguing.
