What’s your opinions on odd socks, a great time saver who has time for that, or no personal pride in appearance?

I pair them coming out of the washing machine and again when hanging them up to dry so as it's easier keeping them together when they go in the drawer. Holy socks now, I have a couple of them but I wear 2 pairs at all times so the holy ones stay hidden

Google it and you'll find his argument in his own words. Principally he says the time at pent matching up socks is just a waste and we'd all be better off if with didn't worry about it.

He usually does public engagements with florescent socks of different colours. There are photos online.

Depends on where I'm going that day. Hapy to wear odd socks at home but if I am out and about and my socks could be seen then I like them to match. That however, is easier said than done. The amount of odd socks in our house is absurd. Just where do the other socks end up?

Only wish I New where they disappeared to, must have a sock consuming entity in my house,

The rest are work socks under boots, never seen so not really bothered as long as they keep my feet warm.

I once had two identical pairs of shoes, in a rush packing for holiday took the two left shoes with me.

Gave me and my partner at the time fits of laughter.

Even more so trying to explained the predicament to the door staff at a club.

I match my socks when I'm putting them on the dryer so I won't spend any extra time matching them later.

Most of my socks are black so noone would know if I was wearing odd socks anyway.

You can get those whisker guns cheaply on ebay that put those labels on clothes in shops could be a good way to not loose them in the washing machine twilight zone.

Personally day to day, I’ll grab two socks out the drawer, job done. If I’m dressing for a reason I will wear a matching pair, or at lest they outwardly look matching.

I always buy multiple pairs of identical black socks. When any get worn out they have to be thrown out with the next most worn out one so I always have matching pairs.

Did manage to find 4 pairs behind the washing machine at the weekend!

All my socks are black yet still manage to wear odd ones. My biggest problem is where do they all go? Got a pack of 6 for xmas and can only find 3. Relates to a quote from Blackadder "socks are like sex. Plenty of it about but I never seem to get any."
