One of my favourites. Theres a bakery that delivers to our site that does the nicest carrot cake I've ever had, think today is delivery day too

Wish I did. Never had any of my own birthday cake/wedding cake. It’s just the texture. Can’t stand it. Love cookies and chocolate and pastry based cakes though

My absolute favourite is a home made (with top quality ingredients) Victoria sponge with jam (raspberry) and buttercream and a dusting of icing sugar.

Similar to the topping I use, Philadelphia, icing sugar and folded in whipped cream. Good for the arterys too
