Oh my days I’m a sandwich master. Chicken, lettuce but thinly sliced , lots of homemade coleslaw, and cucumber tomato, maybe melted cheese.

A breakfast sandwich with a difference, I get an uncut fresh loaf of bread cut it lengthways, instead of butter I lined it with tomato purée and fresh basil then on topped cooked smoked bacon with a couple of fried eggs, More fresh basil on the top finished with some grated Parmesan, absolute heaven
