I don’t wear badges and I don’t think I’m a swinger...but if anyone wants to identify as anything then they can, yes I think it’s enough to think you are even if you’re not actually physically doing swing.

No.

I thought I was spiderman as a kid.

I dressed up in a pile of clothes including a pair of stockings on my head then went to climb out of the window and do spidey things. The sash window came down and trapped my fingers leaving me hanging until I was rescued.

I wasn't Spiderman because I thought I was. I was however dressed in ladies attire. Maybe that made me a swinger? True story.

Interesting my dear man. What if you used to be spiderman but then your tingles lessened as you got older. Are you STILL spiderman or do you just think you are ?

"I wanna be a REAL swinger"

Truth is, what does it mean? I ain't (as yet) cut out to do separate meets (turns my guts and makes me cry) does that make me not a real swinger, or do I get a certificate coz it something I'm happy to do together? Does the fact I want to be secure enough to do separate meets in the future mean I am a provisional swinger until I pass my test and get a license?
