Going back a few years it used to be quite easy to get back into a locked thread, especially on mobile.

I’ve been involved in threads that ran into the higher 200s

When I joined there was no limit. It was set at 175 a while back.

I think it goes over sometimes if multiple people post at once, but the max is 175.

I wonder if the Mod had to delete some of the posts that had gone over the 175 limit to then be able to post a closing statement and then moderator close the thread (then it’s no longer possible to get round the 175 limit)
