just found this review of it ......

Veuve Monsigny Champagne, Aldi, £9.99

Not for the faint-hearted, this is bracingly tart, like biting into a crisp green apple.

If you like your champagnes drier than a martini in the Sahara, you'll love

sounds yummy

MMM speaking of champagne cocktails.... the pornstar cocktail is something that MUST be tried... especially if ( like me) you like champagne and passionfruit!

You can't get a decent tasting Champagne for under 40 snots.

Spend £10 on a reasonable bottle of Cava, an infinitely more refined drink pound for pound.

Or spend a fiver on an average bottle of Cava and buy MOARRRRRRRR!

My all time favourite drink - has got to be a decent champagne. Tested the Aldi one mentioned above and for a tenner it really is not bad! For those who dont believe there is a difference between cheap and expensive .... it all depends on your taste buds and if your taste buds are not sensitive to champagne, then you would be wasting money on expensive stuff. I would not call myself a connoisseur (hopefully spelt correctly lol) but I appreciate good champagne, but I would not be able to detect subtle quality differences in whiskey for example.

Champaz and Guiness is called a Black Velvet. I now pronounce your concoction a Black Velvet Goose

"Im surprised nobody has mentioned the chamagne fountain."

Depends on whch one you mean, if the one where glasses are placed on top in a pyramid type shape and the champagne is poured into the top glass and allowed to overflow till it fills the bottom ones, yes

If the action of stick one in a certain part of a lady and shaking bloody dangerous

Nothing better than using Champagne or Cava for oral sex - those naughty bubbles, what a great effect! Drizzel over the body and lick off - there are plenty of alternatives, of course!

Enjoy
