Anyone else feel like this after enduring 12 hour night shifts 3 nights on the trot ?.... I’ve been currently thinking it’s 8pm for the last hour or so ffs! I need tips to make me sleep n don’t bother with the counting sheep I tried n failed miserably

Sleep is a pain in the arse, but it really depends on what makes you relax, what turns your brain off. It's different for most
