I'd make you runny poached eggs on buttered crumpets with oddles of coffee but alas i only eat out now

I’d make you perfect runny scrambled eggs on my own baled San Francisco sourdough , spread with a mix of avocado , lime, coriander, olive oil and chilli flakes..... but unfortunately there would a condition

That reminds me there’s a hot couple in the spare room, I should really see if they want breakfast !!!!

Large cup .. place enough cling film inside the cup to make a parcel.

Crack the egg inside and gently squeeze the air out and tie a knot.

Best way to poach an egg..

No loss of the egg and you don’t need vinegar
