I did not think I would ever call anyone a timewaster, however, whoever won the bid of my eBay listing has failed to cough up over a week after winning the item, and has ignored repeated requests for payment.

I have no choice except to file a complaint.

Make them all use Paypal Pearl, as opposed to Playpal ...... don't get those two confused on ebay or here.
