There’s a German brand called ‘My.Size’ who offer various girth options. 60/64/69mm opposed to approx 59mm for a standard rubber.

As others have said, my size are your best bet.. You can get a trial pack of the different sizes from UK condoms..

Other brands XL varies tend to just be longer rather then have extra girth.. Mr was struggling with comfort and getting standard ones on until we found these.
