Has anyone tried Huel ? Is it just expensive slimfast or is it actually good for you?

I don’t claim to know anything about hurl or other subs, but personally I think there is no replacement for a healthy balanced diet.

Just eat a balanced diet less alcohol more water

True but apparently it balanced for you. I was thinking it come in handy on busy days. But there’s not much info on it that’s not advertising.

There is loads of information about it on their website

Not only do they list all ingredients they even tell you the process they use to extract the nutrients.

It's not ment to be tasty.. That's the whole point of it.

However I add some extra ingredients to help with mixing and eating it

I ether have 1 or 2 a day and a main balanced meal.

It's not for everybody but I much rather eat huel if I'm in a rush than a microwave dinner
