I joined the civil service almost 19 years ago I had my interview in January 2001 and they contacted me end of March 2001 to offer me the job and start date 6th April.Best of luck hopefully you will get the job | |||

I joined the civil service almost 19 years ago I had my interview in January 2001 and they contacted me end of March 2001 to offer me the job and start date 6th April.Best of luck hopefully you will get the job" Thanks, my contract with HS2 expired last Friday, great timing huh?! And so I'm waiting on this new contract as a start, and still applying for other positions until I hear something positive Fortunately I have a little put away to tide me over, but I hate being unemployed | |||

I don’t think anyone likes been unemployed can be soul destroying.It’s good you have have something put away to tide you over.Dont be ashamed to claim Jobseekers Allowance Contribution Based it’s payable for 6 months as long as you have paid enough NI Contribution for the last 2 tax years. | |||
