Depends on my mood, and the bread. Crusty bread, I prefer brown sauce. Soft bread, ketchup.

Bacon goes great with tomatoes so I don't have red sauce I just have grilled tomatoes on it. With brown sauce.

With sausages it has to be brown, I think that's pretty much enshrined in law anyway.

The only time I have tomato ketchup is on fish-finger sandwiches unless I'm being posh and having tartare sauce on them. Bacon and sausage is always brown sauce

Technically they're both tomato sauce.

Brown: bacon, sausage, hash browns, beans, and mash

Tomato Ketchup: chips, and chicken nuggets.

As for spread, butter is far healthier than margarine.
