Hope all is okay, everyone’s entitled to be grumpy - it’s just a how you’re feeling at the time thing, and I’m not sure if you’ve caused upset anywhere so apologies are likely not even needed. You’re a very giving person and likely are too hard on yourself when not feeling you’re giving your A game in terms of your caring, and patiently compassionate self - you’ve probably still been far more wonderful than a lot of other people’s baseline day to day selves!
