I love hot sauces.

What brand of hot/chilli sauce do you recommend?

Hillside desolate

I always have a bottle of Linghams chilli sauce, it's a bit thicker and slightly sweeter than sriracha.

Southport / Ellesmere Port

My favourite subject. I love hot spicy food. Got Frank's Red Hot Sauce and Nandos extra extra hot sauce in my fridge right now but I often add chillis to a lot of foods eg. Scotch bonnets

Hiding from twats

I love anything based on the C. chinense varieties, so things like scotch bonnets, habaneros, etc. They have a lovely fruity flavour profile and aren't just heat.

Aaaah yes! I love Lingham - it’s what I prefer to sweet chilli sauce as it’s still hot enough but as you say got the sweeter kick.

The right place

I’m not sure of the brands but I do often get a bottle from the supermarket. I like the range of sweet chilli through to hot chilli.

If you want very hot then there's one called stupid sauce.

I thought I could eat anything until I tried it in a hot food challenge once.

I can eat phall curries without much of a problem.. But one bite of a burger with stupid sauce almost killed me.

East lerds

Actually grew some Reapers last summer and are currently fermenting in pure alcohol. Ready to be blitzed and new sauce to be made. Not sure how hot it is going to be lol
