East Sussex

I'm dragging myself out. It's always an effort as it's a mile and a half's walk away and starts with a bloody big hill!

North West

N - I'd like to do one but finding one that is wheelchair friendly round here seems hard. They have steps or are through woodland.....

A great run this morning; 24.12, 6 seconds off my pb, and good going considering the soft ground and wind today

"Yes

First park run of the year was in jan and timed 26 min

Today

Delighted with 23 mins x running three 5k a week is really paying off

Not quite the same thing but have a look at runthrough events. Mainly in the south east but I know they have some events in the northwest and they often have wheelchair competitors.
