Solitary confinement

London

You are to be imprisoned for five days in solitary confinement. However, you may have one tune that will be played on repeat for periods of time throughout the five days, you can only eat one dish or food item for the full five days (but will have water to drink) and you can have one book to read - what do you pick for each?

Somebody once released a recording of silence. I'd have that as the song. A blank sketch book. And a tapas. Sorted.

Can I get the solitary confinement now, or do I have to do something god awful first??
