Hi all. No I'm not taking about being smooth on bodies haha.

I've recently bought a blender and only just started making some smoothies. Never had them before, got to say I'm loving them, feels like I'm being healthy for a change

I've tried :

Bananas, blueberries and almond milk.

Bananas, strawberries and almond milk.

Do you have any favourites I could try.

Please no bushtucker recipes

I've a nutribullet I at times use, apple, pear and banana with a choice of juice I often use but should try other variations, adding a small handful of nuts is good for a protein boost.

Get some frozen black forest fruit from asda.

Have that with some 0 fat Greek yogurt, banana, few strawberrys and milk

My latest favourite is Vanilla Ice Cream, blended with a little milk, a splash of lime cordial and crumbed shortbread.
