Not meeting

Nothing has happened and I have actually lost weight this year, but my body confidence has gone absolutely rubbish and I feel like I'm frozen and unable to meet! But I really want to meet though. I'm horny and it isn't my sex drive. My head game has gone.

Girls/Ladies ... wtf do I do?! how do I get back on it?

I see you're going to club sx Blackpool. It's one of my favourite club's I'm sure you will have a great time and it will be good for your confidence

We’ve all been there.. how about just going for a coffee.. maybe the rest will follow maybe it won’t, but don’t let that knock you.. when I’m low on confidence I get dressed up, take some pictures... even if you never show them.. you are beautiful xx

As said above, go to a club but find a friend who will go with you for that but of a shoulder to lean on.

Not all of us feel confident but just that bit of a boost of others appreciating you for who you are can be just the leg up you need when you're not feeling at your best.

Yep, seconding the clubs. It's a no pressure environment with women of all shapes and sizes (well most are) and on the right night there's that intoxicating lusty atmosphere.

Go to a group social as well! You can have a drink, dance, flirt and not feel like you need to do anything. Sometimes it's nice to talk to other fabbers and just enjoy the moment for what it is.

Do nice things that lift your mood - take time to enjoy your body for what it is. Running (well waddling in my case) helps me clear my mind and gives me a healthy of dose endorphins. Yoga, nice baths, a spa day. Self care but cranked up to 13 should go some way towards helping.

I hope you begin to find your confidence again soon OP - you have a fantastic figure from what I can see in your photos but I understand it's how you feel about yourself, x

Sorry to hear that OP!

Maybe slow down and address the issue. Clubs and meets may temporarily boost your confidence but are just sticky plasters.

A bit of both? Listen in, meet your own needs. And then find situations and people that can support where you're at X

The only way I can describe it is like stage fright, anxiety type thing, but nothing has happened to warrant such a massive change
