Make sure to look after yourself too. Talk about it and take advantage of whatever support is available. Trust me ... dont bottle it up. I know how you feel, and I know what happens if you dont follow the above advice.

I’m so sorry OP x remember to give yourself some time to deal with this too. It’s one thing I don’t miss, I often used to take the grief home with me when we lost patients. To this day haven’t forgotten the first patient I lost.
