Universial credit dont pay in time.

Continue here, it was interesting to see the replys. I was watching a program about it of how many can wait for 6 weeks and more and as a result they cant pay the rent in time, why does it take time, is it down to administration?

It puts people of claiming for it in the first place , thus saving the government more money .

I would say that the "error" is deliberate done to make more money of them.
