I would say take it slow, maybe get some buttplugs in different sizes. Going from smaller to larger.

Pain aint a good thing. But there are some very good lubes out there. We use stuff from the pure range. They do a great anal with with a light numbing sensation so you can still feel what's going on. Just remember time and lube are your friends for good anal
