My dad was never sick all his life and he smoked all his life .
Within a month of his lung cancer diagnosis he was gone "It was the same for my dad, he was a big strong active bloke, worked hard all his life and never had any health issues right up until the cancer. But he'd smoked heavily since he was around 13 and despite my mum and most of his friends quitting years before he just enjoyed smoking and wouldn't entertain stopping it. The doctors said they couldn't be sure it was the smoking or the dust and chemicals he'd breathed in over five decades in farming. I was a bit of a social smoker myself but that stopped straight away as a result. | |||
