"I'm talking procedures in general, im not going to go into detail about my own personally. You can want to know other people's opinions without it needing to change yours. Its a decision about how I view my body as I'm the one that has the live with it. Multiples men's opinion on my body won't change the voice in my head " .....but you've started this thread asking for mens opinions. I think

"I have been thinking about getting a procedure done since I was about 12 years old. I still really want to and a man's opinion isn't going to change my view on it but I am curious if it's something that you view differently " Your bum looks great to me but I'll give it a once over if you want a professional opinion.

"The only reason I asked for mens opinions is because that's the sex I prefer as a life partner rather than just sexually. I don't have any self hated rand it's not to better myself in other people's minds. They won't see the outcome of the surgery so it's hardly for attention haha " Out of interest what's stopping you doing it then?

"I always wanted a gill transplant, but apparently science hasnt caught upto my imagination yet" I feel your pain good sir; I went to my GP and asked to have antlers grafted onto my skull and a trunk attached to my penis. The philistine laughed at me. Luckily enough I have some superglue here though; now all I have to do is find both a stag and an elephant on the donor register.....

"Had breast implants 13 years ago. A lot of guys and women are quite vocal about their dislike of breast implants and can be quite insulting with their comments and opinions, tennis balls on Velcro kind of comments and only “real boobs” are better. Apparently it’s only acceptable with these kinds of people if you have them after reconstruction surgery. I will say in the 13 years I’ve had them not one guy has ever turned me down for having them. " I've met women and also Tgirls that have had breast implants and they never feel natural for some reason. Look good though. How do people react to yours (serious question as I'm growing mine through hormones but takes ages, thinking of breast enlargement) x

"I have been thinking about getting a procedure done since I was about 12 years old. I still really want to and a man's opinion isn't going to change my view on it but I am curious if it's something that you view differently " The question is super vague. My view on cosmetic surgery is that it makes many women feel better about themselves. A lady I know had surgery on her mouth/jaw and it did make her look more attractive. Another lady I know had really pretty little boobies but then got implants to make them look huge. In my opinion, they were much prettier when small.

How do people react to yours (serious question as I'm growing mine through hormones but takes ages, thinking of breast enlargement) x " *Some* people take the piss and go too big too soon. When I had mine done I practically begged the surgeon to make me an E cup but he put me off it so much I went for the smaller size implant. He said that because I had very little breast tissue and no elasticity in my skin if I went bigger than the implant issue he suggested I could get stretch marks or run the risk of them looking stuck on. He said after 2 years once my skin had naturally stretched I’d be able to accommodate a bigger implant. I only have 265cc in each breast and when you consider most people got 400cc and above for their first implants you’re gonna feel a lot of silicon rather than a natural breast. I’ve had a pregnancy, I’ve put weight on and my implants are sub muscular (behind my chest muscle) mine jiggle and can be squished and have a bit of natural sag to them, after 13 years!

For me it is not about the actual surgery but how it makes you feel about your body - if you feel better and more confident then I find that sexy as hell.

Next case please! | |||

"Just do what you want to do. I must admit though the amount of people that have told me I’ve ‘spoilt my face’ with fillers is a quite high. Also I’ve booked in for a breast implant consultation (for fullness not size - they are already an E) and my male swing buddies have all said ‘we’ll fall out with you’ but I know how I feel and at the moment, it’s not that good People are pretty vocal about the topic.... but you do you. That’s my best advice x" Isn't it funny how the 'Your body, your rules' saying gets forgotten when it suits. Good luck lady x

Imperfections sometimes included. They are what make us unique in some circumstances. Unless it's for health reasons I dont believe women need plastic surgery. But then again, it's all about personal happiness. If it makes the person happier then what's the problem?

"I fear that women feel too much of a burden imposed upon them by patriarchal and capitalist pressures to stand up to unrealistic expectations to support cosmetic surgery. It’s easier said than done for me as a bloke in his 30s but I just wish these beautiful young women would feel more comfortable in their own skins and not want to resort to surgical procedure to feel better about themselves." This is a very well thought out comment which I applaud. As a mother of 2, mid 30s with bits that wobble, I have thought about surgery on my tummy but then think why should I? A doesn't care about wobbly bits and anyone off here who did won't be getting near me, so I'd rather spend the money on a nice holiday where I can flaunt my wobbles!

I can only apologise if it differs to your own It's something that needs careful consideration. A good friend of mine had a reduction a handful of years back. Thankfully she is still here today, but the Sepsis that set in could have more than easily taken her from us.

"Not a fan of the current trend for young women having loads of cosmetic surgery, particularly the prolapsed bum lips and arse implants. Most of it seems to be to get 'likes' on Instagram as well " I dont think its exclusive to women? Men are more and more obsessed with image and the perceived perfect look? People have a perception of how they would like to look...that's fine. What isnt, are the harmful influences and suggestions, that only certain looks are desirable?

Yep, a mate of mine is on steroids and giving himself tanning jabs all the time. He recently ended up very ill with a nasty swollen infection from where he keeps injecting himself with this tan stuff. Three weeks later after antibiotics and a hospital scare he's gone straight back to doing it again

"It's all about confidenxe and inner peace, I work out as it makes me more confident. " Aside from needing to be fit for my job that's why I do it, I'm far more confident with a muscular physique. I don't do any steroids or anything like that though.
