I felt the need to consume a box of chocs this evening, and for the first time ever, I actually looked at the box.

Apparently 2 chocolates = 1 serving. Not in my house it doesn't

I appreciate that not everyone may nosh a whole box, but what to you is a serving?

It’s not a chocolate serving unless you have to be rolled to the lav by a significant other to hurl an hour afterwards.

1 chocolate for me I can give up chocolate no issues I don't actually like it unless I'm super hormonal....however I'm fat so I obviously eat.. it's when they say a matchbox is a portion of cheese . - they mean cooks matches right? Or the 25g of crisps that look like nothing in a bag. Even 30g of cereal seems like a kids portion...
