And this is relevant why?

Just curious as to your need to make a thread about others preferences and what label you think they should live under.

True, I'm failing to see this from your particular point of view though as you're neither ts nor tv so it isn't likely to effect you.

Couples / ladies, if you are looking for straight guys, don't assume that because they say straight and don't have verifications from men, or TVs or TSs that they are straight.

And if they lie about that, who knows what else they are lying about.

That's why I don't meet 'straight' men.

I'm not saying I disagree with the OP at all, I have men filtered out partly for this very reason.

It just strikes me as strange that the OP felt the need to voice it as he isn't part of the affected demographic and very unlikely to be one of the straight guys contacting a tv/ts after reading his profile.

It seems a lot like him wanting to throw the cat among the pigeons and waiting for the fall out to happen.

I get that, I truly do as quite a number of people who contact me dont have this displayed on their profiles yet are interested and they can be couples and women, not just men.

There may be some latent shame on their part for this or just that they have clicked with me, I cant say but it's only through dialogue with others that this becomes more accepted and less to be embarrassed about admitting to being attracted to.

Straight is often the default state.

I started my life journey believing I was. I'm still attracted to femininity, but accept that's not always a female. So I'm happy to label myself pansexual, though there are fewer options on this site.

But regularly get 'straight' men messaging me. One went from straight man to bi-sexual TV in three messages.

You have so done this to get attention, as sophie said what’s it got to do with you, your not effected by either side of it. So the point of this post is to cause either arguments or controversy . And FYI you can be friends with TV/TS it’s not always sexual so yes they could meet 3 or 4 times for coffee. You wouldn’t know as said above your neither a TV/TS or a guy that would be in that situation. But clearly you’re opinion needed to be told

I have never fancied or found a man attractive. I have no interest in them

Ts/tv though turn me on. But I dont see them as male. I see them as female.

Yes, in reality I am bi, but in my mind I'm not because of the fantasy of it all I suppose.

Someone suggested pansexual or even fab straight.

And like someone said, its down to themselves to define what sexual orientation they have, regardless of others opinions or if others are put off by it.

May I add a lot of bi, gay or TS/TV like the 'straight' guy. It's not just label for which holes you fuck, it's about attitude, body language etc.

Anyway. Hope this clears something up

So basically you can't be a straight man and have sex with a person who has fully transitioned to female regardless of vagina. It's still same sex intercourse...

Not that it impacts on me any, but I was keen to see what the rules were...

neither, sexuality is about attraction to people not parts of people. Sadly many people think sex (a physical act) and sexuality (a psychological condition) are the same.

And yes, if you consider transgender women to be men or transgender men to be women you are transphobic.

Or someone who acknowledges biology.

If they dig up the bones of a trans person thousands of years from now they aren't going to be wondering what their chosen gender was. They'll just say it's either a male or female skeleton according to the sexual dimorphism of our species.

Exactly that and labels are close to being pointless as everyone has the right and the ability to change their mind about anything at any time.

If you choose to see and voice publicly something that doesn't tie in with how the rest of society sees it then do be prepared to have your views questioned.

Nobody is telling you you have to think a certain way but they should be able to put their point over to you too as it can open your mind and maybe even enlighten you.

A man is an adult human male, a woman is an adult human female.

Male and female are distinct from each other based on primarily and secondary sex characteristics based on biology. (Gametes, bone structure, height, etc etc) like a lot of other animals.

Do you not think that far in the future when the hypothetical skeleton is dug up that society will be enlightened enough to realise that transgender was a contested issue in this time?

Yes the skeleton may signify that the person was male or female at birth in general but then where would an intersex persons skeleton appear with this and what of those transgender who go to such lengths as having ribs removed or drastic surgery?

How about those who are diagnosed at a very early age and go on hormone therapy for life thus altering the path in which the skeleton develops?

If you know enough to really know the answers to all of this then enlighten the rest of us please who have lived even part way in this world and had to seek knowledge about ourselves.

They make up a very small amount of cases and are not the same as trans people.

"Guys if your looking to meet TS/TV your bi or gay your not straight....just for the record

So you are claiming that transgender women are men?

If you were born a man your a man regardless of what you identify as in the ‘modern age.’

What makes someone a man? What makes someone a woman?

We live in a diverse world there's no cookie cutter version of male and female. People are who they are and really shouldn't make any difference to you, if you can't accept that then your world is very small indeed.

A man is an adult human male, a woman is an adult human female.

Male and female are distinct from each other based on primarily and secondary sex characteristics based on biology. (Gametes, bone structure, height, etc etc) like a lot of other animals.

Then females born genetically male but have all the physical characteristics of a female is then what?"

You just said it yourself there a male

"Guys if your looking to meet TS/TV your bi or gay your not straight....just for the record

What if they're post-op?

That's what I was trying to work out. Is it the vagina or the womb that makes you straight...

neither, sexuality is about attraction to people not parts of people.

If you know enough to really know the answers to all of this then enlighten the rest of us please who have lived even part way in this world and had to seek knowledge about ourselves."

As someone who works with fossils and bones, yes, that may be a small consideration, secondary to investigation. But from a scientific perspective the skeleton of a trans person would still be classified based on biological sex, not chosen gender.

Sex and gender aren't the same, sex is biological and can't be altered, gender is based on stereotypes (boys like blue and trucks and are strong- girls like pink and dolls and are delicate etc)

People can not conform to stereotypes and that's great. Be a feminine man or a masculine woman, that's totally fine. But it doesn't alter your sex.

So your thoughts is someone born with a vagina is male because genetically thats their gender?

Nature is glorious, makes everyone individual each and every person knows who they are by how they feel inside. Just because society says you have testicles you're a man. Doesn't make it so. Society created fixed gender roles, just as it determines what is beauty and what role we are meant to take as part of society.

The world isn't binary.

Ok so crunch time.

Not for the first time in your statements or replies have you failed to use either proper grammar or spelling so with that being one of your failings here, do you not also think that another of your failings is your amount or lack thereof, of knowledge of the subject matter that you yourself opened up?

Maybe it's time you had a good google session regarding this before coming up with such a sweeping generalisation of a subject you seem to know very little about.

Yes, testicles are one of the things that make you a man, but that doesn't mean you have to be masculine.

I completely accept that I'm a man and have never stated anything other than that at any time.

Your opinion that my arguement is incorrect is completely valid but it is just that. An opinion and not a fact.

When you can have this discussion and bring along facts to back up your opinions then at that point I will have to agree with you but at this point I cannot do that with any clear conscience whatsoever as i do have a rudimentary knowledge that you are showing that you lack.

As for google not being the best place to expand your knowledge, I fully agree with you but in your case it should have been where you began as you clearly have little knowledge of this subject at all.

Isn't as rare as you think, 1 in 60 births are intersex there's so many types of intersex

In the uterus during development of the foetus, genetically male is growing but when the brain starts to form and the mother has higher levels of estrogen causing the brain to develop into a female brain does that make them still male? Studies have shown differences in male and female brains and they've have shown brains of what trans brains look like. Does this still make them the sex they were assigned at birth?

The society is focused too much on the fact to be female or male you have to possess matching genitalia to the gender.

Well physically yes, of course we are. We have no cervix, womb or ovaries and we don't menstruate so it's difficult to argue with your point of view, but it's how we feel inside that matters and those who have never experienced extreme gender dysphoria can never imagine what it's like to be in our shoes. I don't think a little empathy and understanding is too much to ask really and threads like this are pretty tiresome tbh.

Anyway, men are attracted to women because of how they look on the outside and not their internal anatomy. Many post-op transsexual women are virtually indistinguishable from cis women and any guy fucking such a transwoman would never know unless that transwoman told them. Does that make the guy bisexual? Of course not, because it's the femininity that he's attracted to and that makes him straight, so your opinion is, quite frankly, wrong.

If you were born a man your a man regardless of what you identify as in the ‘modern age.’

Spoken by someone who lives the life every day so I would say that this view trumps all.

Thankyou. "

Yepbif you see my previous quote it’s similar

Then females born genetically male but have all the physical characteristics of a female is then what?

You just said it yourself there a male

Ok so crunch time.

Not for the first time in your statements or replies have you failed to use either proper grammar or spelling so with that being one of your failings here, do you not also think that another of your failings is your amount or lack thereof, of knowledge of the subject matter that you yourself opened up?

Maybe it's time you had a good google session regarding this before coming up with such a sweeping generalisation of a subject you seem to know very little about.

I’m sorry I’m not using correct grammar. I think your argument is obsolete, and rather you should just accept the fact that you’ll always be a man no matter what you do!

P.s google isn't the best place to expand your knowledge.

Im okay with the knowledge I have thanks haven't mistaken a transman for a woman yet Im doing perfectly fine!"

How do you know they could be preop gay trans man?

Hahaaa yeah ok, I hope one day that a gorgeous trans woman crosses your path that you have a delicious night of glorious sex with her and then you find out she is trans afterwards.

You will then forevermore have to claim you're at the very least bi

You just said it yourself there a male

So your thoughts is someone born with a vagina is male because genetically thats their gender?

Nature is glorious, makes everyone individual each and every person knows who they are by how they feel inside. Just because society says you have testicles you're a man. Doesn't make it so. Society created fixed gender roles, just as it determines what is beauty and what role we are meant to take as part of society.

The world isn't binary.

And sex and gender aren't the same thing.

Exactly someone arguing against that fact you've just corrected yourself

What I'm trying to say is that sex is distinct between male and female.

Society creates gender roles which aren't fixed.

Yes, testicles are one of the things that make you a man, but that doesn't mean you have to be masculine.

Then what of intersex people? Hermaphrodites, people born due a condition making them intolerant to hormones which determine sex.? There isn't 2 boxes to decide where to put people il say again the world isn't binary

They are very rare and are the exception not the rule, you don't create systems based on anomalies and rarities... and again, not the same as trans people.

The society is focused too much on the fact to be female or male you have to possess matching genitalia to the gender."

Re: differences in brains and trans brains being like their 'chosen gender' if you could link me to a few papers for that I'd be interested to read it. Until I've seen your source there's not much I can say.

Google MRI and CT studies of the brain and gender identification of the brain

There's many medical journals accessible on the internet regarding it. Happy reading

And you'd know that how, Mr. Transphobe?

Anyway, I'm not going to waste any more of my time on a bigot who can't even get basic grammar correct. Have a nice life.
