Mixed gym and sauna Mcr

Does anyone think there would be a demand for a new Manchester mixed couples only gym, sauna and social Club with facilities such as mixed changing rooms, mixed saunas, exercise and sports facilities where you could work out au natural, as well as social area and fun rooms catering strictly for couples and single females only?

Also, how would you control who joins/uses facilities.

Do men only get to enter if they're with their partner? What if they join as a couple but only the man goes back?
