Another post was taking about whether people get your humour, it’s hard on a forum, even in real life it can be hard if you don’t know the persons personality. Did this years ago to know my team , it’s only a model but find it very accurate

anyone know there’s?

personality is difficult in text but its fairly easy to get the very negative demonstraive and aggressive posters everything gets turned into a battle lol

On the cusp of extrovert and introvert (ambivert)

Prefer to make sense information intuitively

Base my decisions on my feelings and beliefs but use analytical thinking in conflict situations that aren’t easily resolved

Perceive possibilities in remaining open to new information so go with the flow unless it is for practical things where I use more judgement and structure to organise myself.

Sort of INFP but don’t like being one of 16 boxes

As did our assessor, he’s someone I’d worked with for years and when the results came back he said, some are clearly you but you are in the grey area for others, as are both sides. I love not fitting in a defined box
