Feeling a bit pissed off this evening so at the moment got bread baking in the oven.

Kneaded the bread half to death and to be honest feel a little better for it, sure the kitchen looks like a bomb as hit it.

I go swimming.

Can work off a lot of stress and anger, and no one interupts you or tries to start a conversation with you. Calm is restored after about 30 minutes.

I did the same thing today, but I wasn't pissed off. Decided go try some new flavours so baked a parmesan and sun dried tomatoes and cheese and onion loaf.

Got chatting on the phone go my sister and overbaked them...then I was pissed off!

I like to play with the dog and the cat when I am low, as they always cheer me up.
