Do you have to do it for your job?

If so how do you do yours?

Yep I have a CPD folder full of shite, which I add too when I can be arsed.

Certificates are in there, articles I've read. Evidence of external training, staff meetings and anything I've supported my staff with.

No. The joy of self employment.

I don't have to do any pointless regular training any more, don't have some jobsworth looking over my shoulder to check I can still do the job I've been doing for a decade whilst they've been in theirs 3 months and if I fancy cutting the odd corner then I can.

The boss is as twat sometimes but generally let's me do things my way.

Registered nurses have to, can't bear the e-learning mandatory courses. I enjoy face to face or clinical courses.

I'm about to retire from the nhs which fills me with joy. Ms

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

I do plenty of CPD to develop my skillset which is fortunately paid for by my employer. Financed trips to the UK where I can often squeeze in some fab fun as well. Winning

Not for my job, but to keep up my chartered status I have to sit an ethics exam every year and commit to a number of hours CPD.

I do some exams, some courses, some networking events, some skills development, some independent study. Thankfully it all counts.
