I do community voluntary work, and we just had a music session. Not necessarily my choice of songs, but it was good for the soul to just belt things out. More importantly, good for their souls.

What do you sing without being self conscious?

Everything I can with my kids so they aren't shy about singing... Like I was.

We make a selection of songs for the car and every car journey we sing!

Alexa is also our new best friend for this at home.

I can carry a tune although my voice is nowhere near as good as it was. As a result I'm not in any way self-conscious about singing almost anything.

I draw the line at heavy opera (except for Der Holle Rache, which is far to high pitched for me but I squawk along anyway).

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

I sing all the time in my car to whatever is on the radio, or my USB stick, and when I need some self gratification, I sing along to a couple of songs that I wrote and someone else recorded.

In my band, I mainly sing backing vocals, but take the lead on two songs. I'm not the best, but we do it for fun and we all have a good time.

Delightful Bliss

I've a deep voice, not quite manly lol

So I tend to avoid high notes, a slow paced mustang sally or creedence clearwater is my favourite to sing

Nothing any more. I used to be a genuinely good singer and pretty confident in my voice. Several years of acid reflux have fucked that right up, though

I'll find myself singing pretty loudly when I've got my earbuds in as I can't hear myself thankfully.

The bad part of this is that I use them in work sometimes so everyone else can and I don't realise I'm doing it

Great for the soul up until that point

If I’m on my own I always sing an ear worm that I have heard during the day and I often get caught doing it. I’m very tuneless. Today it’s that bastard Pink song that’s always on Heart

I sing anything I know the words to or at least most of them. I’m often practising as I sing in a band so I’m pretty unselfconscious and have been since I first sang in the church choir. I’ve performed solo in public since the age of 10 but had a long gap where I didn’t perform publicly from about 2003 to 2011. However the vast majority of what I sing is from the 60s, 70’s and 80’s although I’m updating my repertoire at the moment.

At the moment See you again by Wiz Khalifa.

I'll sing anything when I'm at home, I can't sing to save my life but I don't care.
