My best friends hubby has dropped dead, unexpected. I'm so angry that this has happened and struggling to know how to help her. Honestly, I get up every day lately and think "What Next". Life is bloody hard at times. It's just not fair

This happened to me with a close friend a few years back. My partner and I were separated but I messaged to tell him as he knew them both. I was going to see her the next day and I said what the fuck am I going to say to her. I couldn't imagine the pain she must have been in. He said you don't need to say anything, you just need to be there and to listen.

I visited last night and we cried together. So awful for her. I seem to be surrounded by death. My aunt, my dog, my uncle and now Bob all in 4 months

I'd like to rant about medicine side effects. My daughter is currently suffering the consequences of antibiotics, now her bum hurts more than what they're treating!

just be there for her. Let her rant, scream and cry when she needs to. She may need some help with funeral arrangements etc You don't need to say anything in particular. She will appreciate you just being you. Big hugs to you both xx

I feel grotty. My head hurts, I'm knackered, the side-effects from my medication is horrid, and I just want to sleep.

Except stuff needs doing at home. I feel bad for not doing it, but just simply feel too rubbish to do it.

Hate that feeling. I get the drop feeling on the top of my head so every cough sneeze or head tilt sends a shooting pain across the top of it.

I’m on Gabapentin for nerve pain and I find if I get them inside me the moment my vision goes a bit blurry I head off the majority of the symptoms.

If I had the power to approve a migraine rant consider it approved. Horrible things.
