The other day, asking " what has Fab done for you?"

Fab has quite possibly saved my life. The forums have got me through some very very dark days

Hopefully most of those are behind me.

Its time for the truth to be told.

And for those Fab people that have supported me, been there for me, made me see that glint of light

I want to say " I am forever indebted to you"

I’m the same, in a sort of way. My mental health has been on the decline, I can’t get out the house most days and fab sort of keeps me sane. I don’t need to focus on it, I can jump in and out when it suits, there’s no obligation to be here etc. It requires 3% concentration, but yep. Keeps me sane.

Ms Sappy. My heart and Best thoughts are with you as always and know this. We may take the piss and be total cunts at Times but there are some of us that use that as a wall to block out things.

Be safe, be careful and breath. Love ya loads Y

Fab has helped me finalise the decades long work on my mental health. Give me the confidence to believe in myself, to believe that I'm good enough exactly as I am. All of me, including the unladylike sinful sexual side.

Same. Even though some people have actually made me cry in the past with their nastiness, on the whole it’s generally a good place.

Fab has changed me, for sure.

And is a bit like a family member, in that you can love and hate them at the same time.

I have often been heartened by the support for others on here.

Yes, there are trolls and some bitchiness, but overall I have found the people of Fab to be lovely.

Indeed, I'm privileged to know some as online friends and have met a few of them.

I met Mr through Fab and made some amazing friends. Had some really horrid experiences through it- the worst being stalked - but on the whole it’s been an awesome experience. Did I mention I met Mr? Haha, that there is why joining Fab is one of the best decisions I ever made xx

I'd make a list of the amazing people. I don't need to though as you all know already.

There and to the left a bit

What a wonderful thing to say Sappster - sometimes just knowing others are there, even if you're not interacting with them, is that glint of hope that is needed.

So glad you're getting through it and may that long continue.

You're not the most prolific of posters, nor are you as in your face as some, but you're someone I admire and who makes me grin on a regular basis - you do you well, and don't ever change

I love this...

We've only been here a short while but I can honestly say, my confidence is in the up.

Whether that's down to fab, or whether it's down to sheer determination to get out of the very black hole. It has coincided with joining.

Wishing everyone a happy day.

Her xx

This post shows that sometimes you dont necessarily have to know someone in real life to make a difference

The compliment threads are great for helping. You never really know when someone needs to hear something positive. Could be having a really down day and something as simple as.. Hey that color looks really good on you.. Honestly it can make the difference between life and death... Just regular conversation can be all it takes to shine a light on someones darkest day
