Stealing photos

Delete this if it isn’t allowed - but apparently someone has stolen at least one of my pictures and has set up a profile with it. Can I ask why the use of watermarks isn’t allowed? Wouldn’t that reduce that problem?

And if anyone knows the profile, can they let me know so I can request it’s removed. Thank you x

I've always used watermarks? I didn't know they weren't allowed. I still get my photos stolen but I imagine the watermark puts a few people off from trying. I'll report the profile if I see it.
